Too Complex

I simply finished days of trying to get four cameras up and doing what I want them to do. The only reason I was able to practice that was with DLink's excellent and patient customer service. And so I thought I would purchase this app then I could have multiple views of my cameras, but in one case once again I was baffled past their instructions. I don't know why they can't simplify it. I wasted my money on this app considering I don't want to go through the lengthy hassle again. Hopefully the developers tin can do something virtually this considering their cameras are excellent. I would give 5 stars for client service and five stars for their cameras but one star for difficult set up.

great for 5222LB, puts official app to shame

Works really well for my multiple 5222LB cams and compared to the official D-Link app, this blows it out of the h2o. Very of import characteristic is that this app can exist used over a VPN whereas the official app works over wifi merely for some stupid reason. It loads super fast to bear witness you your cams, unlike the official app with prompts and delays that go on yous waiting while whatever fabricated that loud sound is already out of your camera's view. My but complaint is there is HUGE audio delay like > two seconds. I dont utilize audio as well often anyways and if I really wanted to hear something I could deal with the filibuster, but it would be very nice to have them in sync. I have a suspicion that its because the video feed is coming over the mjpeg bespeak which is faster and the audio is being extracted from the h.264 point (I could be wrong, bo thought how this app works under the hood). Anyways, even a manual adjustment setting would exist helpful something like: when audio is on -> delay video past [user defined] (2,300 ms for instance)
